Hyundai Extended Protection Plans
There are three different levels of extended coverage for you to select from.
Premium Plan
Extensive coverage across the powertrain and many other critical vehicle components that can be costly to repair.
Premium Plan Plus
Ultimate protection for total peace-of-mind. All components and labour to repair any mechanical breakdown are covered (except for a select list of exclusions.)

Hyundai Extended Protection offers continuous coverage for your vehicle beyond the factory warranty, along with extra perks that you can enjoy right away. This extended warranty is exclusively supported by Hyundai Auto Canada, and all repairs are carried out by skilled technicians who have been trained by Hyundai. You can rest easy knowing that you have worry-free coverage throughout Canada and the continental U.S. Additionally, there are several other benefits that come with this protection plan.
24/7 Roadside Assistance
Hyundai Canada automatically includes 5 years/Unlimited km Roadside Assistance in your new vehicle purchase with services like towing, battery boosts, fuel delivery, lockout help, and flat tire assistance.
With 2 extra years of coverage over competitors, Hyundai strives to ensure you are fully covered through the first 5 years of your ownership, no matter your mileage, so that you drive confidently in Canadian winters.
Trip Interruption
Reimbursement of lodging and meal expenses if a covered breakdown occurs while you are on a road trip and repairs last overnight ($100 per day, up to $300 per repair visit).
Car Rental Benefit
Replacement car while your vehicle is being repaired ($35 per day, up to $175 per visit).
Fully Transferable
Hyundai Extended Protection is transferable to the next private owner, enhancing the resale value.
Tire Road Hazard Protection
Tire repair or replacement due to a failure caused by a puncture, cut, bruise or impact break incurred during normal driving activity.
Claim-Free Reward
If you have not filed any claims nor received any benefit by the time your plan expires, receive a full credit toward a new Hyundai Protection Plan or an in store credit for the amount originally paid, up to $2,000, at your original selling dealer.
Trade-In Benefit
If you trade-in your Hyundai vehicle for another before your plan expires, receive a prorated credit toward a new Extended Protection Plan.
Fully Refundable
Hyundai Extended Protection is fully refundable if canceled within 45 days of purchase.
